Just B Live - Ab Blast Plus Bonus Ballet Workout



Great way to start the day off right!
Bernadette's routine will give you an awesome ab workout in record time, while adding flexibility and overall strength in your arms and legs. Her routine combines standard Pilates moves with light weights to intensify everything, and she builds stretching into the workout rather than cramming it all at the end, which I know I often skip through in other videos when crunched for time! The bonus ballet workout is fun and easy to follow, and gives a great leg and glute workout.

Well Paced, Challenging Workout
This DVD demonstrates the virtues of Bernadette's technique, which I've been lucky to experience by taking her classes. All the plusses that make me keep coming to her classes were illustrated on screen here. She started with a slow warm-up and gradually increased the difficulty. She provided a careful demonstration of each exercise before asking me to follow. She didn't race through the routine, but she maintained a steady pace that kept me working constantly throughout. And she pulled me though enough repetitions to really challenge the abs. Although she used weights, I didn't have to have the weights to get the benefit from this workout. I only needed a small floor space, so I'll be taking this DVD with me on my next trip. Bernadette's Just b Method has done wonders for me. I strongly recommend this new DVD, and the others she has produced using this method.

Get Ready For an Hour Of (F)ab-ulous Work !
Out of all the live classes, this is the workout I did the most. I LOVE it. And because it's Bernadette Giorgi, it's not just working your abs, (but trust me, it is a delicious burn from start to finish!) but you work your arms, and your butt and your legs as well. Bernadette is her wonderful self-spoken soft, and you just wonder how is it that someone this sweet speaking can whip your butt - but she does. But by the end of the workout, yes you are feeling every single bit of your abs (360 - back, obliques, abs), you are drenched, but you feel centered and ready to go on your day.

There are some props used in this workout (optional), a 2 lb and 4 lb weight. I do suggest trying this with the weight because it does blast your abs a bit more. The Just B method touches are sprinkled all throughout the workout.

I strongly suggest you get this. It's a great workout (and even an add on if you love doing extra ab workouts like me).
